Reminder videos

Short answer: Yabily sends a personal reminder video to each person who has an appointment, a document to return, or a renewal coming up. Each reminder says their name in your voice, shows the company's website on screen, and tells them the one thing to do next.

Where reminders fit

Say what to do, not why

A good reminder is short and specific: the date, the time, the one action, and who to contact with questions. Keep the reason for the reminder general, and leave out anything personal or sensitive.

What not to put in a reminder

For clinics and practices, the rules are stricter. See professional services before you send any appointment reminder.

How revisions work

Frequently asked questions

Can I send reminders to a whole list?

Each person gets their own version, but send reminders only to people who expect them: your clients, patients who booked, or people who agreed to hear from you.

Can clinics send appointment reminders?

Not to patients yet. Once a business associate agreement is available, appointment reminders will be limited to the patient's first name, the appointment date and time, and the doctor's name. Read the professional services page for the current position.

What if an appointment changes?

Send a new reminder. A change to the same video costs Yabits, as described in the revisions section.
