The Lady'z Lounge, founded by Sherry Pulcher, brings women entrepreneurs, professionals, executives, creatives and community leaders together to exchange ideas and build lasting professional connections. It is the home of the Connect & Thrive Women's Conference, an annual event held in person with a livestream; the 2027 conference is planned for New York City in the spring.
Its year-round membership, THE LADY'Z CIRCLE, keeps those relationships going between conferences. Members connect nationally through curated introductions, smaller Circle groups and Circle Conversations, and in active Circle locations they meet locally for Coffee & Conversation gatherings every other month. Membership also includes two Signature Workshops a year (one for entrepreneurs, one on career and leadership), standard conference registration and a members-only lounge at the conference.
Conference attendance is not required to join, and enrollment opens about three months before each conference.
