Who Yabily is for
Short answer: Yabily is for people who win business through relationships, such as consultants, coaches, fractional executives, advisors, business brokers, agency and B2B service owners, and community connectors. Job seekers use it too, to reach hiring managers personally. You record one video, and each contact gets a personal version: their name in your own voice, their website on screen, your message and a link to book time with you.
It works best when you meet many people, want to follow up with each one personally, and don't have time to record dozens of separate videos. Typical moments are the day after a networking event, a new member joining your group, a referral partner sending you business, a new LinkedIn connection, or a job application you want noticed.
The people Yabily is built for
Consultants and coaches
Independent advisors whose next client usually comes from a conversation, not an ad.
- Typical use
- Follow up with everyone you met at an event, each by name, while they still remember you.
- Why it helps
- A personal video stands out from the "nice to meet you" emails that get skimmed and forgotten.
Fractional executives
Fractional CFOs, CMOs, COOs and CTOs who build a pipeline through referrals and peer groups.
- Typical use
- Warm up an introduction before the first call, with the company's own website on screen.
- Why it helps
- It shows you looked at their business before you ever meet.
Advisors: CPAs, attorneys, financial and exit-planning advisors
Trusted advisors to business owners, whose best clients come from referrals and other professionals.
- Typical use
- Follow up with referral partners (CPA to attorney, attorney to wealth advisor), welcome new clients, and stay in touch after seminars.
- Why it helps
- Advice is a trust business, and a personal video builds trust before the first meeting.
Business brokers and M&A advisors
Dealmakers who keep in touch with owners, buyers and referral sources over long cycles.
- Typical use
- Personal check-ins and introductions that feel one-to-one, without recording each one.
- Why it helps
- Trust builds faster when people see and hear you, not only read you.
Agency and B2B service owners
Small firms (marketing, IT, finance, operations) that grow through networking groups and partner referrals.
- Typical use
- Thank referral partners and follow up with prospects you met in person.
- Why it helps
- One recording covers a whole week of follow-ups, so they actually get sent.
Connectors and community builders
People who make many introductions: referral-network builders, podcast hosts, speakers and event hosts.
- Typical use
- Member welcomes, introduction videos and thank-yous, made in batches.
- Why it helps
- The personal touch scales with the number of people you connect.
Networking groups and chapter leaders
Organizers of business networks, chapters and chambers who want members to follow up better.
- Typical use
- A personal welcome video for each new member, or Yabily offered as a member benefit.
- Why it helps
- New members feel seen from day one. Ask us about group partnerships.
Job seekers and career changers
Executives and professionals in a job search or a career move, including people moving into fractional work.
- Typical use
- A personal video to each hiring manager, recruiter or networking contact, with their company's website on screen.
- Why it helps
- It shows you did your homework, and it stands out from a standard application or connection request.
Who Yabily is not for
Being clear about this helps you decide faster.
- High-volume cold outreach. Yabily is made for people you have met, been introduced to, or already work with, not for blasting cold lists.
- Automated LinkedIn messaging. Yabily never sends messages for you. You send each video yourself, so your account stays in line with LinkedIn's rules.
- Anyone who won't appear on camera. Yabily uses your own face and voice, with your recorded consent. That's what makes it personal.
- Anyone sending without required approval. If your firm reviews client communications (common for financial and insurance advisors), get compliance approval for your videos first.
What each contact receives
- A greeting by name, in your own voice, with your lips matched to the words.
- Their website on screen, scrolling while you speak.
- Your main message, recorded once and shared with everyone.
- An end screen that opens your booking page or any link you choose.
- A cover image and a personal video page, ready for email or a LinkedIn message.
Frequently asked questions
What is Yabily?
Yabily turns one recorded video of you into a personal video for every contact. Each video opens with you saying their name in your own voice, shows their website on screen, then plays your message and ends with a link to book time with you.
Who is Yabily for?
People who grow through relationships: consultants, coaches, fractional executives, advisors such as CPAs, attorneys and financial advisors, business brokers, agency and B2B service owners, connectors who make many introductions, and job seekers reaching out to hiring managers. It's built for warm follow-ups after events, member introductions, referral thank-yous, new LinkedIn connections and job-search outreach.
Do I have to record a video for each person?
No. You record one main video. Yabily adds a short greeting with each person's name in your voice and a scroll through their website, so every contact gets their own version.
Is it really my voice?
Yes. The greeting uses a voice cloned from your own recording, and your lips are matched to the words. Your voice and face are used only with your recorded consent, only for your own videos, and are removed whenever you ask.
Can I send Yabily videos on LinkedIn?
Yes. Each contact gets a personal video page and a cover image you can share in a LinkedIn message or an email. Yabily doesn't send messages for you or automate LinkedIn; you send each one yourself.
Can job seekers use Yabily?
Yes. Job seekers and career changers can send a personal video to each hiring manager, recruiter or networking contact, with that company's website on screen. It shows you researched the company and helps you stand out from standard applications.
Can financial advisors and other regulated professionals use Yabily?
Yes, if your firm approves it. If your firm reviews client communications, get compliance approval for your main video and greeting before sending.
Is Yabily a good fit for cold outreach to large lists?
No. Yabily is designed for warm contacts: people you met, were introduced to, or already work with.
How much does Yabily cost?
During the founding pilot, setup and 25 personal videos cost $97, compared with a regular price of $546 (setup $397 plus 25 videos $149). The pilot is limited to 10 founding members.
Sound like you?
