Vistage describes itself as the world's largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization. Since 1957 it has worked with 250,000 leaders, and today about 45,000 CEOs, business owners and executives in 40 countries are members.
Members join a small local group of noncompeting peers that meets monthly in a confidential setting to work through pressing issues, using Vistage's issue-processing method and hearing from outside experts. Each group is led by a Chair, an experienced leader trained through Vistage's coaching academy, who also gives each member monthly one-to-one coaching. Beyond the local group, members can use Vistage Networks, a 24/7 online forum organized by industry and interest, plus research, webinars and events. Groups meet in every major U.S. metro area and in other countries.
Membership is selective: Chairs choose members, typically CEOs and owners of companies with $5M or more in revenue who are committed to growing as leaders.
